To further advance the in-depth and substantive delivery of Party member volunteer services, and give full play to the bastion role of community-level Party organizations and the pioneering and exemplary role of Party members, the large-scale "Red July · Service Month" Party member volunteer service event was grandly held at Songtai Square on July 1.
The event was hosted by the Organization Department of the Lucheng District Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Wenzhou, and co-organized by the Working Committee of Organs Directly Affiliated to the District Party Committee and the Songtai Sub-district Party Working Committee. Under the theme of "Trace the Origins to Grasp the Ideology, Deliver Solid Results Through Pragmatic Efforts", the event gathered forces from multiple parties including the Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Team, Wenzhou Technician College, Party-mass Service Centers of all sub-districts in the district, and caring enterprises, providing local residents with one-stop convenient services and emergency science popularization lectures. The site drew large crowds with a warm and vibrant atmosphere.
⚑ Volunteer Service Booths in Full Swing
Dozens of red volunteer service tents were neatly arranged at the venue. Service booths offering free medical consultations, policy consultation, convenient on-site repairs, vocational science popularization, and emergency rescue experience were lined up in orderly fashion, with a steady stream of residents coming and going throughout the event.
At the Party member volunteer service booth of the Lucheng District Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Service Center, Wenzhou Pulaite Technology Co., Ltd. showcased its full series of emergency lighting products, making it a major highlight of the event.
💡 Hands-on Demonstrations of Emergency Lighting Equipment
At the event site, staff from Pulaite International provided detailed explanations and hands-on demonstrations of vehicle-mounted lifting lighting equipment and portable drone lighting systems to attending residents, rescue team members and grassroots police officers.
They highlighted the products' core strengths: rapid deployment, wide-range multi-directional lighting coverage, and long-lasting battery life. Drawing on real-world scenarios including flood control and rescue, mountain search and rescue, nighttime accident response and urban emergency handling, the team illustrated the practical value of nighttime emergency lighting gear for front line operations.
Many local residents stopped to observe, tried operating the equipment firsthand, and asked in-depth questions about emergency equipment knowledge. Drawing on their front line rescue experience, members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team exchanged key operational insights with the company's technical personnel, and discussed optimized applications of the equipment in wilderness search and rescue and water rescue missions.
An official in charge at the event stated that going forward, the district will continue to leverage the "Red July" Party member volunteer service platform, join hands with more local enterprises and public welfare organizations to carry out regular people-benefiting activities, and further deepen community-level governance under the guidance of Party building. The initiative will bring volunteer services and safety science popularization right to the doorstep of local residents, and fulfill the original aspiration and mission through solid work and tangible achievements.
