CHT252200 is a new vehicle-mounted lifting lighting equipment developed by Pulaite to meet the demand for large-area, high-brightness lighting at major construction projects, emergency repairs, disaster relief and rescue operations involving fire departments, electric power companies and public security agencies. The pneumatic lifting mast extends to a height of 2.5 m, and the two 200W LED lamp heads deliver a luminous efficacy of up to 160 lm/W.

The system provides raising, lowering, lifting and retracting functions. Starting from its initial horizontal position, the lighting assembly rises to a vertical angle of 90 degrees, after which the pneumatic pump extends the lifting mast to a height of 2.5 m. Mounted on a low-profile base plate, it is suitable for medium-sized special-purpose vehicles such as communication command vehicles, lighting vehicles, rescue vehicles and fire engines.

The lighting assembly rotates 360 degrees horizontally, while the left and right lamp heads rotate 330 degrees individually at a rotation speed of 4 r/min. The lamp heads use LED solid-state lighting technology, offering high luminous efficiency, long service life, low power consumption and excellent vibration resistance. The air hose is routed internally and concealed, and the coiled cable is built in, keeping the structure clean and reliable. The complete system is rated IP65.

The controller is compatible with the entire range of Pulaite vehicle-mounted telescopic lighting systems. It supports mast raising, lowering and stopping; horizontal and vertical rotation; lamp 1 and lamp 2 on/off switching; camera zoom; protective housing wiper operation; and pan-tilt rotation speed adjustment.

The controller supports both wired and wireless remote-control modes. In wired mode it communicates via RS-485 and also charges the controller; in wireless mode it enables remote operation over an extended distance. Equipped with an integrated display, the controller provides real-time equipment status monitoring, operation prompts, fault diagnosis and fault location alerts.
